Bernie Mercado

Bernie Y. Mercado graduated from De La Salle University with a Degree of Industrial Management Engineering. Since August 2002, he has been the General Manager of Mary Kay Philippines.

Bernie brings with him almost 20 years of Direct Selling experience. He has been connected with several Direct Selling Association of the Philippines (DSAP) member companies, such as Avon, Sara Lee, Amway, & Nu Skin. He was involved in setting up operations from majority of these companies. He attended several training in Philippines and abroad to broaden his knowledge in the Direct Selling field.

He is currently member of the Board of Directors of the DSAP for the year 2003-2004. In the recent past, he was actively involved in the organization of the Tripartite Conference of the APEC-CEPI among the sectors of the consumer, government and the association.
