Leslie Roberts

As Director, International Government Relations for Mary Kay Inc., Ms. Roberts works with officials of the United States government and foreign governments on matters affecting Mary Kay Inc. and the direct selling industry. Areas of particular focus include trade foreign laws and regulations affecting the direct selling industry and commerce generally.

Prior to this assignment, Ms. Roberts served as Staff Attorney and then Senior Attorney in the international area for Mary Kay Inc. and as attorney in the United States and Europe for Hilti Aktiengesellschaft, a multinational manufacturer and distributor of construction fastening systems based in the Principality of Liechtenstein.

As an attorney, Ms. Roberts has experience in matters of international commerce and business, such as market development and entry, corporate, trademark and license agreements, real estate agreements, litigation management, product liability, as well as general commercial problem-solving.

Ms. Roberts graduated from the University of Oklahoma with honors, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, and from the University of Tulsa College of Law, receiving a J.D. Ms. Roberts also attended the University of Salzburg, Salzburg, Austria, where she focused primarily on the study of the German Language.
