Adolfo Franco now serves as Vice President for Global Regulatory Affairs at the Direct Selling Association (DSA), responsible for managing and directing the government relations efforts for the association in Washington, DC and throughout the United States. In his capacity, Adolfo represents the association and the member companies, works to promote the direct selling industry's interests with Members of Congress, State Legislatures, as well as both Federal and State regulatory authorities. In addition the association will provide advice and counsel to member companies engaged in international activities, including serving as liaison to U.S. Government agencies such as the United States Trade Representative's Office, Department of Commerce, and Department of State on matters affecting direct selling companies access to foreign markets.

Prior to joining DSA, Adolfo was the Assistant Administrator for Latin America and Caribbean of U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Adolfo graduated from University of Northern Iowa, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in History, and from the Creighton University School of Law, receiving a Juris Doctor (cum laude) in Creighton Law Review.

Adolfo is a member of the District of Columbia and Missouri Bar Associations and Inter-American Bar Association.
