Beto Guajardo is Avon's Vice President, Representative Value Proposition in New York. He joined Avon in December, 2005 as the V.P, Strategic Planning & New Business Development in Hong Kong for Avon Asia-Pacific. Prior to that Beto had extensive experience in consumer package goods and retail operations in Asia and North America as an Associate Principal with McKinsey Consulting and Deloitte Consulting. Beto also spent 4.5 years as the Vice President, Strategic Planning & New Business Development for Alticor in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
