Charlene Chiang is currently President of Nu Skin Taiwan. Formerly the President of Nu Skin Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei from April 2005 through July 2007, and the General Manager of Nu Skin Singapore from Jan 2003 through March 2005, she began as Supervisor for the Special Events Team in Nu Skin Enterprises Taiwan in January 1993. Due to her outstanding performance, Charlene was soon promoted to Director of the Distributors Service Department heading five branches throughout Taiwan, before assuming the post of General Manager of the Pharmanex division in 1999. She was later promoted and relocated to Singapore to lead the staff of Nu Skin Enterprises Singapore in January 2003.

Charlene played a key role in growing the Nu Skin Taiwan market and was responsible for its Pharmanex division's 25 per cent revenue growth despite a sluggish Taiwan economy. She served on the government-supported National Biotechnology Medical Development Committee of Taiwan in 2002 to help revise the Taiwan Health Food Implementation Law. Under her market leadership, Pharmanex earned two Health Food Licenses and three National Biotechnology Awards thereby positioning Pharmanex as a market leader in nutritional supplements.

An active participant in local direct selling associations, Charlene serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Direct Selling Association of Singapore (DSAS). She chaired the DSAS 30th Anniversary Organizing Committee in 2006 and is also the Chairperson for the WFDSA World Congress XIII 2008 Organizing Committee.

Before joining Nu Skin, Charlene was with a leading advertising agency. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Fu Jen Catholic University, majoring in the Japanese language.
