Eva Cheng serves as Chairman of Amway China and as CEO of Amway in Greater China and Southeast Asia. Amway Greater China and Southeast Asia encompasses China, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brunei and Vietnam. Mrs. Cheng is also Executive Vice President of Amway Corporation, part of a senior management team responsible for Amway's global business development.

Since the beginning of her career with Amway in 1977, Eva Cheng has held responsible positions within the company. In the early 1990s, it was Mrs. Cheng's enthusiasm for the China market that led Amway to invest in manufacturing facilities in Guangzhou and launch sales operations throughout China. Today, Amway China is one of the top 100 foreign invested enterprises in China and the largest market for Amway.

Mrs. Cheng's leadership was well recognized in the business community. She was selected as one of "China's Top 10 Talents in Doing Business in Year 2004" and "Top 10 Best Marketing Executives in Year 2004" by a group of influential Chinese media.

Mrs. Cheng is active in public and community service. In Mainland China, Mrs. Cheng is a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Guangdong Commission; the Standing and Executive Committees of The Federation of Industry and Commerce; Guangdong Province (Guangdong Provincial General Chamber of Commerce). She is also the Honorary Chairman of the Guangdong Women's Association for Overseas Friendly Contact; Honorary Council Member of the Shanghai Charity Fund and a member of the Hopkins-Nanjing Council of the John Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies. Mrs. Cheng has earned many awards for her work, and was named "Honorary Citizen of Guangzhou City" by the Guangzhou Municipal Government.

In Hong Kong SAR, Mrs. Cheng is Honorary President of the Hong Kong Federation of Women, Council Member of the Open University of Hong Kong, member of the Hong Kong Cantonese Opera Development Advisory Council and a member of the Council on Human Reproductive Technology. From 2002-2006, Mrs. Cheng served as President of the Hong Kong Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association. From 1997 to 2002, Mrs. Cheng was a member of the Board of Governors for the Hong Kong Art Center and the Council of the Hong Kong Institute of Education. She helped founded the Hong Kong Direct Selling Association and was Chairman for four terms from 1990 to 1993 and in 1996.
